John M. Schaible

Our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, John M. Schaible was a Co-Founder of Anderen Bank and Anderen Financial where he served as Chief Operating Officer, Vice Chairman, and Director until April 2010. Mr. Schaible was also the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of NexTrade. He was instrumental in growing NexTrade from its inception in 1995 to the sale of the electronic communications network, a division of NexTrade, to Citigroup Inc. in 2006. John was also the Founder of MatchBookfx, the first spot foreign currency electronic exchange. A successful entrepreneur, he serves as a Director of several private companies. John has thrice been nominated as ‘Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young, and is a respected expert in financial services having been called on multiple occasions by the US Senate and Congress to provide expert testimony. John holds a Bachelors in Business from Colorado State University, where he also serves on the Board for the School of Business General Leadership Council . Mr. Schaible is Co-Founder and Chairman of Charity for Women, an IRS recognized 503(c) charitable foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life for women currently fighting breast cancer. John currently holds FINRA series 4, 7, 8, 24, 27, 63, 79 and 99 licenses.

Daniel Caamano V., Esq.

Our Vice Chairman and President, Daniel Caamano V., was the driving force behind the creation of Anderen Financial and Anderen Bank. Daniel served as Chairman and President of Anderen Financial, a bank holding company regulated by the Federal Reserve Board, from its inception in 2006 through 2008 and under a contractual relationship through April of 2010. Daniel was also founder, President, and Director of Anderen Bank, an FDIC chartered financial institution. Daniel served as Chief Legal Officer for NexTrade for nearly 10 years, and prior to that he operated his own law firm Caamano & Associates PA. Daniel has been Chairman and CEO of Finantrade and Intertrade two Panamanian corporations. Daniel was trained by Citibank in New York and holds a bachelors degree in science, a masters degree in business administration from Florida Metropolitan University, an advanced doctoral degree from the Catholic University, and a juris doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. He is a respected professional with over 25 years of business and legal experience. Daniel is well-versed in sophisticated financial instruments, accounting and financial analysis. Daniel is a steadfast decision-maker focusing on accomplishing goals. He is also an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law where he teaches International Banking and Finance. Daniel is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, and speaks French, Italian, and German. Notably, Daniel is Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Charity for Women, an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) charitable foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life for women currently fighting breast cancer.

   

Craig Ridenhour

Craig Ridenhour began in the brokerage industry in early 1994 and has been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) since 2001.. He worked his way from trainee to a branch manager within 3 ½ years in the business. He then went on to various management positions overseeing a large number of advisors and branches in the Tampa Bay area while still overseeing a wealth management practice for his own client base. He is currently the Managing Director of Wealth Management and a Principal for Halen Capital. Craig holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida and currently holds FINRA series 7, 8, 24, 31, 53, 63, 65, 79 and 99 licenses. He also holds life, health and variable annuity licenses.

Josef Schaible

For over a decade, Josef Schaible oversaw the operations of NexTrade as Chief Operating Officer. Following this tenure, Josef was appointed President of LavaFlow, a division of CitiGroup. His expertise with respect to efficient exchange operations, clearing processes, reporting protocols, and financial service system technologies will provide a strategic advantage to the team as it works to stabilize the processors necessary to integrate a multi faceted financial operation. Josef assisted in the acquisition of the core processor and other technology for Anderen Bank. Under Josef’s guidance, NexTrade systems were ranked as the fastest execution systems in the US according to Trader’s magazine April 2004. Josef currently holds FINRA series 4, 7, 24, 27, 55, 63, 79 and 99 licenses.

Paul Smith

Paul Smith has held management positions as an executive with the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Panama. Paul's experience includes that of CEO of Banco Continental de Panama, its holding company, and affiliates. He has been the president of the Panama Bankers' Association, Director of the National Banking Commission, Director of the Panamanian Institute of Foreign Trade, and president of the American Chamber of Commerce of Panama. He has a degree from the American Graduate School of International Management, "Thunderbird", Phoenix, AZ, and an MBA from NOVA South Eastern University, FL.

Sharon Hill

Prior to joining Atlas, Ms. Hill was Chief Financial Officer of Anderen Financial and Anderen Bank from June 2007 through June 2012. She has also held positions as Chief Accounting Officer for Bancshares of Florida Corporation, a multi-bank Bank Holding Company, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Republic Bancshares, Inc., a $3.0 billion SEC registered financial institution from January 1995 to September 2004 and other senior positions with Chase Manhattan Bank of Florida, the Bank of St. Petersburg and Florida Federal Savings Bank. Her duties have included Asset and Liability management, investment and liquidity management, and financial budgeting and analysis; hands on experience in due diligence and accounting for 10 mergers and acquisitions from both an acquirer and seller perspective; numerous system conversions; financial, regulatory, tax and SEC compliance and reporting; and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Ms. Hill is a certified public accountant and an active member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. .

Brian Miller

Mr. Miller has over 35 years of Senior Management and leadership experience in Banking and all lines of Commercial and Retail finance including ABL, credit and underwriting, M&A, as well as structured finance and loan securitization. Brian’s career includes executive management positions with OLEFCU, a full service Federal Credit Union, where he served as President and CEO, Interstate Capital and Elan Group where he served as President of the Capital Markets Division. During his extensive career in Commercial Banking, Brian has served in executive positions as Director of Small Business Development, Vice President of Commercial Lending, Client Advisor and Chief securitization and Co-Origination officer for Government enhanced and other structured commercial finance product offerings. Brian holds a degree in Business Administration from S.U.N.Y at Cobleskill and Syracuse University and is a graduate of the ABA's Executive Management School at West Point, NY. He served as a member of the American Institute of Banking Association as an instructor in Principles of Banking and Corporate Finance. Brian has developed a considerable network of finance professionals and contacts throughout the U.S and Florida during his extensive career. He resides with his wife in Odessa, Florida.

David Granzotti

David Granzotti is the CEO and founder of the vCap family of companies, vCap Holdings LLC, vCap FX LLC, vCap Futures LLC, vCap Investments LLC, and vCap Ventures LLC. Mr. Granzotti brings over 15 years experience in the financial industry with core focuses in foreign exchange and futures brokerage and operations, FX physical delivery, asset management, regulatory compliance and corporate finance. As a results oriented thinker and successful entrepreneur, Mr. Granzotti was instrumental growing and orchestrating the respective divisions of vCap into extremely profitable service providers in the institutional foreign exchange and futures marketplace. Prior to the formation of vCap family of companies, Mr. Granzotti was President of Alexander Securities Group LLC, a private wealth management and investment advisory firm for high net worth and institutional investors and Senior Portfolio Manager for ASG Market Fund, a long short equities hedge fund. As a well-respected industry professional and asset manager, Mr. Granzotti was instrumental in cultivating and nurturing investor relationships that led to the success of the investment advisory firm and hedge fund. Mr. Granzotti’s earlier career included a financial advisor position at Morgan Stanley and a trader position at Cornerstone Securities. Mr. Granzotti currently holds a Series 3 and Series 65 license and a degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State University.
