John M. Schaible

AtlasBanc Holdings Corporation’s Chairman and CEO, John M. Schaible, is an experienced and well-regarded entrepreneur and financial services industry executive.
Prior to co-founding AtlasBanc Holdings, Mr. Schaible was a founder of Anderen Bank and COO of Anderen Financial.
Anderen Bank was profitably sold in May 2010.
Mr. Schaible also founded NexTrade and was instrumental in growing NexTrade up to the sale of NexTrade’s electronic communications network (division of NexTrade) to Citigroup, Inc. in 2005.
In 2004, NexTrade was recognized as “the fastest matching engine on Wall Street” by Traders Magazine. Mr. Schaible also founded Matchbookfx, the first spot foreign currency electronic exchange.
Mr. Schaible has a degree in business management from Colorado State University and holds FINRA series 4, 7, 8, 24, 27, 63, 79, and 99 licenses.
He has been widely recognized for his success as an entrepreneur having been thrice nominated as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young and for his financial services industry expertise having been called on multiple occasions by the U.S. Senate and Congress to provide expert witness testimony.
Mr. Schaible is also a co-founder and serves as Chairman of Charity for Women, an IRS recognized 503(c) charitable foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life for women currently fighting breast cancer.

Daniel Caamano V., Esq.

Daniel Caamano V is an experienced and respected professional with more than 25 years of experience primarily as an executive in the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding AtlasBanc Holdings, Mr. Caamano was the driving force behind the creation of Anderen Financial, a bank holding company regulated by the Federal Reserve Board, and Anderen Bank, an FDIC chartered financial institution. He served as Chairman and President of Anderen Financial and founder, President, and Director of Anderen Bank. AtlasBanc’s business model borrows heavily from the model employed with Anderen Financial with the use of a Panamanian rather than a U.S. holding company bank being the most critical difference. Mr. Caamano also served as Chief Legal Officer for NexTrade and operated his own law firm Caamano & Associates PA. Mr. Caamano has experience leading businesses in Panama having been Chairman and CEO of Finantrade and Intertrade, two Panamanian corporations. Early in his career, Mr. Caamano was trained by Citibank in New York. He has held a number of management roles as a senior banker in Latin America. In addition, Mr. Caamano developed business in Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. Mr. Caamano developed numerous relationships with wealthy families and political and business leaders across Latin America and Europe which could be leveraged to grow the Company’s Panamanian bank.
Mr. Caamano holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the Catholic University and a master’s degree in business administration from Tampa College, an advanced doctoral degree from the Catholic University, and a juris doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. He is well-versed in sophisticated financial instruments, accounting and financial analysis, and is a steadfast decision-maker focused on accomplishing goals. Mr. Caamano is also an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law where he teaches international banking and finance. He is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, and also speaks French, Italian, and German. Mr. Caamano is also co-founder and vice chairman of Charity for Women, an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) charitable foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life for women currently fighting breast cancer.


Craig Ridenhour

Craig Ridenhour has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Ridenhour began his career in the brokerage industry as a financial advisor. He then continued on to various management positions that included oversight and management of advisors and branches while also overseeing his own wealth management client base. At the same time, he created a highly successful track record of recruiting seasoned financial advisors into similar positions within the firms of which he was employed. Mr. Ridenhour was recruited by John Schaible to be a principal at Anderen Capital in November of 2008. His primary focus was to build the revenue lines and client base by recruiting individuals into the organization to achieve those goals. He was successful by growing Anderen Capital’s assets under management to approximately $60 million within a year’s time frame. Anderen Capital became Halen Capital of which Mr. Ridenhour has continued to act as a principal and Managing Director of Brokerage Services. Mr. Ridenhour is one of the founding partners of AtlasBanc Holdings and serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for the organization. In his capacity as EVP, he has worked on increasing its shareholder base and the capital for the company, developing business for Halen Capital, developing long-term strategies for the overall growth of the holding company, and shareholder relations among other things. Mr. Ridenhour has been a certified financial planner (CFP™) for more than a decade. He has a degree in criminology and law from the University of Florida and holds FINRA series 7, 8, 24, 31, 53, 63, 65, 79 and 99 licenses. He also holds life, health and variable annuity licenses.

Sharon Hill, CPA

Ms. Hill is the Chief Financial Officer for AtlasBanc Holdings Corporation, Atlas Financial Panama, and Atlas Bank Panama. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of financial services industry experience. Her experience includes asset and liability management, investment and liquidity management, and financial budgeting and analysis. She has hands on experience managing the due diligence and accounting for more than 10 mergers and acquisitions in the financial industry with experience from both the acquirer and seller perspective. Ms. Hill also has experience in financial, regulatory, tax, and SEC compliance and reporting, as well as compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

Prior to her role at AtlasBanc Holdings, Ms. Hill was Chief Financial Officer of Anderen Financial and Anderen Bank. She was also the Chief Accounting Officer for Bancshares of Florida Corporation, a multi-bank holding company, and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Republic Bancshares, Inc., a $3.0 billion SEC registered financial institution. Ms. Hill is an active member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ilya Bogdanov

Ilya Bogdanov has more than 20 years of information technology experience with much of it focused on supporting the specialized technology needs of the financial services industry. Mr. Bogdanov is a hands-on architect with a practical, in-depth understanding of distributed processing, servers, server side components, and database design and implementation. He is also experienced with agile and Scrum, incremental and waterfall software development methodologies. Mr. Bogdanov designed, developed, and implemented core components of AtlasBanc’s SURFACExchange including order matching, order management, trades management, and expirations processing.

Prior to his role at AtlasBanc Holdings, Mr. Bogdanov’s financial services experience included technology roles at Bank of America, Salomon Smith Barney, and a commodities exchange. Mr. Bogdanov has a degree in computer science from Polytechnical University (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) and a degree in electrical engineering from City Technical College (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).

Jennifer Farber

Ms. Farber is the Executive Vice President of Operations for AtlasBanc Holdings. Ms. Farber has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of banking operations, including the implementation of the core processor, ACH services, issuance and management of debit card and merchant account services, and other bank technology systems. She has the experience necessary to implement sophisticated systems to prevent fraud, money laundering and other illegal activities from causing economic or reputational harm to the Company.

Prior to joining AtlasBanc, Ms. Farber was the Senior Vice President of operations and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance officer at Anderen Bank. She also worked for American Momentum Bank in the treasury division, helping business bankers and commercial lenders effectively manage client receipts and disbursements

Ariel Sanmartin

Mr. Sanmartin is an experienced and successful Panamanian banker. Mr. Sanmartin’s most recent banking and finance experience was as Executive Vice President, CEO, and board member of Banco Delta (BMF) in Panama. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Personal and Commercial Banking at Banco Continental de Panama. Mr. Sanmartin was also President of the board of directors of the Panamanian Credit Bureau known as “Asociación Panameña de Crédito”. Mr. Sanmartin started his banking career with Citibank Panama as Vice President of Consumer Banking.

Currently, Mr. Sanmartin is on the board of “Voces Vitales Panama” (Vital Voices), a non-profit organization that supports the promotion and development of Panamanian women, and the board of Goodwill Industries Panama, a non-profit organization that promotes the employment of people with disabilities. Mr. Sanmartin has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Ohio State University (OSU); a master’s degree in business economics from INCAE Business School (graduated with honors as valedictorian of his class); and a master’s degree in development economics from OSU. He is also a doctoral candidate in development economics at OSU.

Paul Smith

Paul Smith has held management positions as an executive with the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Panama. Paul's experience includes that of CEO of Banco Continental de Panama, its holding company, and affiliates. He has been the president of the Panama Bankers' Association, Director of the National Banking Commission, Director of the Panamanian Institute of Foreign Trade, and president of the American Chamber of Commerce of Panama. He has a degree from the American Graduate School of International Management, "Thunderbird", Phoenix, AZ, and an MBA from NOVA South Eastern University, FL.

David Granzotti

David Granzotti is the CEO and founder of the vCap family of companies, vCap Holdings LLC, vCap FX LLC, vCap Futures LLC, vCap Investments LLC, and vCap Ventures LLC. Mr. Granzotti brings over 15 years experience in the financial industry with core focuses in foreign exchange and futures brokerage and operations, FX physical delivery, asset management, regulatory compliance and corporate finance. As a results oriented thinker and successful entrepreneur, Mr. Granzotti was instrumental growing and orchestrating the respective divisions of vCap into extremely profitable service providers in the institutional foreign exchange and futures marketplace. Prior to the formation of vCap family of companies, Mr. Granzotti was President of Alexander Securities Group LLC, a private wealth management and investment advisory firm for high net worth and institutional investors and Senior Portfolio Manager for ASG Market Fund, a long short equities hedge fund. As a well-respected industry professional and asset manager, Mr. Granzotti was instrumental in cultivating and nurturing investor relationships that led to the success of the investment advisory firm and hedge fund. Mr. Granzotti’s earlier career included a financial advisor position at Morgan Stanley and a trader position at Cornerstone Securities. Mr. Granzotti currently holds a Series 3 and Series 65 license and a degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State University.
